Delivery time to Shipping Company
Your orders will be delivered to shipping company within 3 - 5 working days.
When you order a custom made dress, after it is approved the item will be produced in 10 - 12 days and shipped within 12 - 15 working days.
Delivery from Turkey to your Country
There are 2 possible methods for your delivery.
Premimum Shipping Method: Estimated delivery time will be 3-5 working days.
Standart Method: Turkish Postal Service's (PTT) estimated delivery time will be 15 working days.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, national or religious holidays.
Important information
Shipping fee is based on weight, quantity and country of delivery.
Please note, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be.

We kindly ask you to order product(s) only you hope to keep, rather than placing many pieces with the expectation of returning most of them like in non-tango online shopping world.
Almost, every Chique Dancewear product is handmade and the production is limited based on materials or design. As, you may guess it is not possible for us to work like big fashion companies who can afford to return/refund/exchange all of the orders has been placed.
Please, keep in mind that you have already accept our Return & Refund & Exchange Policies during placing your order.
Order Cancellation Policy:
You have 24 Hrs to cancel an order and your order hasnt been left our warehouse.
To cancel your orders please fill the form.
The costs of the bank transfer fees between %10-%20 will be deducted from your previous payment.
Return & Exchange Policy:
We only offer exchange option for the solid colored products (Dresses, Tops and Skirts) for a different size. To start the return & exchange process please fill the form.
We do not accept returns on discounted product(s) or on sale.
For other product(s) we don't offer any exchange.
To initiate the return procedure of the product(s) you should send this form in 14 days.
Product(s) must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with original packaging, without any damage.
You will be responsible in case of any loss in value of the original product(s) and package.
After we receivie the returned product, it will be inspected for any loss of value and we will notify you for the status of the exchange. Once exchange is approved by both sides, we will send the exchange product(s)
You will be held responsible for paying all shipping, taxes, duties costs, tariffs and excise charges levied for overseas on returning and sending the substitution of the return product.
