    Tangorium is a multi-store web site so you will be paying to a specified shop not Tangorium. Tangorium uses Paypal credit card system which is also secured by Paypal.
  • Shipment details
    Tangorium is a multi-store web site so every shop has its own shipment details and agreement. To learn about the shipment details of a store please go to the sellers page, find and click the store that you want to buy from and click on the 'Shipment Policy' of the store.
  • What happens if I buy more than one item?
    If you buy more than one item from one store than payment and shipment will forwarded to the same store. If you buy more than one item from different stores than Tangorium calculates the shipment price accordingly by looking for the shipment details of each store. You will see all these prices in your invoice.
  • What happens if I don't get the shipment?
    If you don't get your shipment, please first contact the shop owner. If you can not solve your problem with the shop owner than please contact us and Paypal at the same time so that we will try to solve the problem together. But please don't forget if you can prove that you didn't get the shipment than Paypal will pay your money back for sure.
  • What happens if the product is not the same in the picture?
    If the product you purchase is not the same in the picture than you have the right to return. So please first contact the shop owner. If you can not solve your problem with the shop owner than please contact us and Paypal at the same time so that we will try to solve the problem together. But please don't forget if you can prove that you didn't get the same item that you purchase in the picture than Paypal will pay your money back for sure.

    Tangorium is a multi-store web site so every shop has its own Return Policy. To learn about the return policy of a store please go to the sellers page, find and click the store that you want to buy from and click on the 'Shipment Policy' of the store.

           SELL

  • How do I sell my products?
    In order to open a store (shop) at Tangorium, all you need is a Paypal acount and products to sell. First please click ''SELL ON TANGORIUM'' and follow the instructions. You will register first as a customer and than you will open a Seller Acount. You need to accept the terms for customers and sellers.
  • What is the price to open a shop?
    It is only 5 USD to open a shop at Tangorium which is non-refundable. There are no monthly fees or fees for uploading the products in Tangorium. You will pay 7% of the amount of the price of your purchase.
  • What should I do when I sell a product?
    First please contact the customer that you have his/her order and write when you will send the product that he/she purchase. Than write another email when you send the order and nicely ask for the information when they have the order. Please don't forget, you will have 2 emails; one from Tangorium and one from Paypal when you sell a product. When you sell a product and if you have one email please check your balance and acount accordingly.
  • What are my return policies?
    Return Policy of a store is decision that you have to make. You may not return any of your products or you can return when the customer is not satisfied, it is up to you. If you return when the customer is not satisfied, please be sure that customers will start to choose your store. Also please don't forget that you have to send the same product in the picture, with the same explanations and in good shape otherwise you have to pay the money back to the customer. Please also write your custom details; you or the customer will pay for the customs...
  • When will I get the payment?
    You will get your payment when the customer buys the product. There will be 7% decrease from your Deposit Acount. If your Deposit Acount is negative, Tangorium automaticly freeze your acount and it will not be seen at the web site. You need to add funds in order to make your acount active.
  • How can I increase my selling?

  • What is the shipment policy of Tangorium?
    Tangorium is a multi-store web site that people can buy or sell anything about Tango. So Tangorium doesn't have a Shipment Policy. Every store has its own Shipment Policy. In order to see the shipment policy of a store, you can go to Sellers page, find and click on the store and look for the Shipment Policy. But if you have a problem with the shipment after you buy the product please look for the question ''What happens if I don't get the shipment?''
  • How can I track my shipment?
    Tangorium is a multi-store web site so every shop has its own Shipment Policy. You will get an email when the shop owner sends your order. Please ask him/her how you can track the shipment? If you don't get any email, please contact us so that we can give you the email of the store. If you still have problems, than we will try to solve your problem.

           PAY

  • What is the security of the payment?
    Tangorium uses Paypal credit card payment system so you are secured by their system. Also in any problem you have with the shop owner, we will be your assistant during the procedure. Please don't forget that when you make the payment you are directly paying to the store not Tangorium. So you can not ask any refund from Tangorium.
  • What are the payment methods?
    You can pay in Tangorium by Paypal credit card system so you are secured by Paypal.
